These Terms and Conditions contain the terms under which you may access this website and purchase an item listed on this website. You agree to be bound by these terms. Sandra’s Ceramics Studio may amend these terms from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after any amendment by Sandra’s Ceramics Studio constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by these Terms, as amended.

Sandra’s Ceramics Studio has made every effort to ensure that the information on our website is correct. We apologise for any errors however we do not guarantee the accuracy of the information on these pages. All images used on this site are representations of our work and from time to time the image presented may vary slightly from the true image of that item due to lighting or photography used. The unique and handmade nature of our items may also contribute to this.

Limitation of Liability

Sandra’s Ceramics Studio’s maximum liability for products purchased from our website shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price you have paid for the product. Sandra’s Ceramics Studio will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruptions of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages, however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strictly liability or otherwise except which it is unlawful to exclude.

Payment Terms

Payment is due prior to delivery, via credit card on our secure website.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled 24 hours prior to shipping or earlier. We are unable to process cancellations for any order that has already been prepared, or is already out with Australia Post for delivery.

Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with an experience you have with us, please email sales@sandrasceramicsstudio.com.au with your order number, a photo of the product as delivered, and the nature of your concern. Complaints must be received within 24 hours of delivery of your order. We stand by our products.

Where breakages occur in transit we will endeavor to replace the item. However given the individualised nature of our products a similar item may be offered as a replacement to the same product value. A store credit may result if the product can not be replaced or we need time to create a similar product to replace the item in question.

If an item needs to be returned to us due to “change of mind” please note that the return postage charge will be incurred by you, the purchaser, & that the item being returned needs to be returned “in new condition” within 10 days of receipt if purchased online, or in store.
